1. Is Tonnifu a factory or a trading company?
We are an integrated manufacturing and trading company.
2. Can I get free samples?
Free samples of small-power standard models are available upon request, but customers need to bear the shipping costs; for high-power or customized samples, a sample fee is required, which will be refunded after a formal order is placed.
3. How long is the delivery time?
Regular stock products: 7–15 days. Custom orders (including production): 25–45 days, depending on quantity and complexity.
4. What payment methods are available?
We support T/T (telegraphic transfer) , L/C (letter of credit), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and PayPal (limited to small amounts).
5. How are shipping costs calculated? Can you ship to my country?
Please provide your receiving country, postal code, product list, and quantity. We will calculate various options for you, including EXW, FOB, or CIF. We ship to major countries worldwide.
6. What is the warranty period? What if it breaks?
The entire machine is covered by a 12-18 month warranty (excluding consumable parts such as carbon brushes and bearings). For any quality issues, please provide your order number and a video/photo of the malfunction. After confirmation, we will resend the missing parts free of charge or provide repair guidance.
7. Can I buy only parts?
Yes. Commonly used parts (carbon brushes, switches, capacitors, bearings, etc.) are in stock and can be ordered separately.
8. Do you provide technical support?
Yes. Online technical support, installation videos, and troubleshooting checklists are available. Remote training or on-site guidance can be arranged for dealers or major customers.
9. What if I can't find the answer I'm looking for?
